Nice! I like the character designs, and the perspective of this piece.
Really like the design and colours.
The perspective is really interesting.
I'm an animation student right now, and if its any encouragement, I find my drawing has improved a little even when I've been only doing CG stuff.
I mean my clean-up line kinda sucks, but I find my eye notices more now, its more critical. And the stuff I drew before I started on the computer doesn't look as good as I thought. Perhaps this is because I've stared and perfect geometry and evenly interpolated animation for so much.
I can't notice any regression in your drawing, maybe your eye is simply becoming more critical. Your latest work looks more detailed, if anything.
I don't know, I'm still a student but I thought I might share that with you.

hummmmm.. as for my slump i do still feel i am in it. only because i dont feel it flowing out of me like i am used. it more of a internal struggle i guess. personally the last pencil piece felt a lot better but it still wasnt easy. oh well the struggle continues!
